Two ways we help

Two ways to save hours every week

Train your people. Automate the repeat work. Some teams need better AI habits, others need the manual work removed — most need both.

Team AI training
Get more from the tools you already have

We train teams using their real work, documents and workflows, not generic prompts.

Finance teamAnalyse budget vs actuals and draft the plain-English commentaryVariance commentary: 2 hrs → 15 min

Best for teams using Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude but not seeing much return yet.

Automation + internal tools
Remove the repetitive work around them

For work that happens again and again, we build the workflow, app or knowledge tool that keeps it moving.

Ways to work with us

Start with training, then build what saves time

Most teams begin with hands-on AI training. From there, we help turn the best use cases into simple automations and internal tools.

AI Team Training

We help your team get more value from Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude using their real documents and workflows. Priced by team size so you can fill every seat — larger teams run as hands-on groups of up to 12. Ex GST.

Up to 12 people
$5,995
Best forOne focused team.
Most popularUp to 25 people
$8,995
Best forA department or larger team.
Larger rollout
Custom
Best forBroader rollouts split into cohorts so the training stays useful.

Every rollout includes two 90-minute sessions per group, reusable recipes your team owns and 30 days of support. See the full training details.

Most teams recover 3 to 5 hours per person, per week within the first month. At 25 people, the training pays for itself in the first fortnight.
Our guarantee

Every participant ships a working AI workflow on their own documents within 30 days, or we keep working free until they do. Still not there by day 60? Full refund.

One condition: leadership names a sponsor who shows up to the checkpoints.

On-Demand AI Team

FAQ

Questions business owners usually ask us

Is AI actually worth it for a business like ours?+

Usually, yes.

Most businesses already have dozens of repetitive tasks that are perfect for AI. Writing reports, responding to emails, searching for information, creating proposals, reviewing documents, updating spreadsheets and answering the same questions over and over again.

The biggest mistake we see is businesses trying to automate everything. The best results come from solving one valuable problem at a time.

If your team spends a lot of time on repetitive computer work, there’s almost certainly an opportunity to save time.

How is your AI training different?+

Most AI training is forgotten by Friday.

People sit through one long workshop, see a few impressive demos, then go back to work and never use it again.

We do the opposite.

Our training is spread across a month because that’s how people actually learn. Your team practises on their own work between sessions, builds reusable AI recipes they keep forever, and gets feedback and support as they go.

The goal isn’t to impress people for a day. It’s to change how they work every day.

Why shouldn’t I just send my team to an online AI course?+

Online AI courses are great for learning what AI can do.

They’re much less effective at helping your team use AI in your business.

We train your people using your documents, your reports, your templates and your workflows. Instead of watching videos about AI, they’re applying it to real work from day one.

That’s why adoption tends to be much higher than traditional online courses or one-off workshops.

Will this work for my industry?+

Probably.

We’ve worked with teams in property, construction, mining, professional services and government, but the opportunities are surprisingly similar.

Every business writes reports, searches for information, reviews documents, answers emails and has repetitive admin.

The examples change. The problems don’t.

That’s why we focus on your team’s real work, not generic AI demonstrations.

What AI tools do you work with?+

We’re tool agnostic.

Most of our clients use Microsoft Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT, but we’ve worked across a range of AI platforms.

Our focus isn’t teaching one particular tool. It’s helping your team get the most value from whichever platform your business has chosen.

Which AI tool should our business use?+

It depends on your business.

If you’re already paying for Microsoft Copilot, we’ll usually recommend starting there.

If you need stronger writing, analysis or longer-form work, Claude is excellent.

If your team is already using ChatGPT, that’s perfectly fine too.

The best AI tool is the one your team will actually use consistently. Good training usually matters far more than the logo on the app.

What exactly is an AI Opportunity Map?+

Think of it as a roadmap for where AI can save your business the most time.

We’ll work with your team to understand how they operate, identify repetitive work, estimate the time savings and prioritise the best opportunities.

You’ll walk away with a practical list of AI projects ranked by impact, effort and ROI, so you know exactly where to start.

What are AI automations?+

AI automations are simply repetitive jobs that AI can complete for you.

That could be reading documents, generating reports, processing emails, searching internal knowledge, updating systems or moving information between different tools.

Some take a few hours to build. Others become internal applications your team uses every day.

The goal isn’t to replace people. It’s to remove repetitive work so they can spend more time on work that actually matters.

How much does AI training cost?+

We price our training by team, not by individual seats.

  • Up to 12 people — $5,995. Perfect for a single team.
  • Up to 25 people — $8,995. Ideal for larger teams or departments.
  • Larger rollouts — Custom. We’ll split larger groups into practical cohorts so everyone gets hands-on experience.

Every rollout includes two 90-minute training sessions, reusable AI recipes built around your business and 30 days of support.

How much does AI consulting cost?+

Our ongoing AI Team service starts from $3,995 per month, rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice.

The exact investment depends on how much delivery capacity you need and the complexity of the work.

Some businesses want help building one or two improvements each month. Others want an ongoing AI partner helping them roll out automations across the business.

We’ll recommend the option that fits where you’re at today. There’s no point paying for more than you need.

When will we see a return on investment?+

Most clients see their first wins within the first month.

We deliberately start with practical, high-impact improvements that save time quickly, rather than spending months writing strategy documents.

From there, we continue building on those wins as your team becomes more confident using AI.

How do I know AI will actually save us time?+

Because we’ll prove it.

If we don’t believe AI can create meaningful value for your business, we’ll tell you before you spend money building anything.

We’d rather walk away than build something that won’t deliver a return.

Our approach is to start with the highest-value opportunities first, demonstrate the impact, then expand from there.

Is there any reason this won’t work?+

Yes.

AI works best when three things are true:

  • Your team has repetitive computer-based work.
  • Leadership is prepared to support the rollout.
  • People are willing to try new ways of working.

If your business has no repetitive processes, or nobody wants to change how they work, AI won’t magically solve that.

The good news is most businesses have far more opportunities than they realise.

Is our data secure?+

Security is one of the first things we discuss.

Where possible, we work with the AI platform your business has already approved, whether that’s Microsoft Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT Enterprise.

If we’re building custom automations, we’ll recommend an approach that matches your security and compliance requirements.

We’ll always explain where your data goes before we build anything.

Why wouldn’t we just do this ourselves?+

You absolutely can.

In fact, that’s the goal.

The challenge isn’t opening ChatGPT or Copilot. It’s knowing where AI will create the biggest impact, building reliable workflows and getting your team to actually adopt them.

We help you avoid months of trial and error by focusing on the opportunities with the highest ROI, building the right solutions and training your team so they can keep improving long after we’ve finished.

Is there a lock-in contract?+

No.

Our training is a fixed-price engagement, so there’s nothing ongoing to sign.

Our AI Team service rolls month to month — cancel with 30 days’ notice.

And if a month ships nothing useful, that month is free. We’d rather earn the right to keep working with you than rely on a contract.
