AI consulting · Australia

Most AI consulting ends with a strategy deck. Ours ends with working automations.

We’re not consultants who advise and leave. We find the workflows costing you the most, prove the fix with a working proof of concept, then build it properly, inside the tools you already use.

Our point of view

Don’t buy a roadmap. Buy the next working automation.

AI strategy without implementation is just an expensive opinion. Every engagement ends with something working.

We hunt the workflows that make people groan

The best AI projects aren’t found in strategy workshops. They’re found where your team audibly sighs: the repetitive computer work everyone dreads and nobody was hired to do. That’s where the ROI is.

The questions asked 100 times get answered once

Every business has them: the same lookups, the same explanations, the same requests. We build knowledge bases and automations so the answer takes seconds, without pinging your experts.

ROI is calculated before we build, not after

Every fix gets costed in hours saved before we write a line. If it doesn’t pay for itself, it doesn’t get built, and we’ll tell you so.

A clear fit

This is not AI strategy consulting

What this isn’t

  • AI strategy without implementation
  • A discovery phase billed by the hour
  • A new platform your team has to learn. We embed in the tools you already have
  • A pitch to replace your people

What this is

  • Finding the workflows that make people groan
  • Automating the repetitive work
  • Answering the questions asked 100 times, once
  • Proving the ROI before anything gets built

What we’ve built for businesses like yours

Real work for real clients. Every one started as a job someone on the team groaned about.

One source of truth for the numbers

Their data lived in disconnected systems and spreadsheets, moved by hand. We built a single data layer underneath it: trusted numbers, and live dashboards every team can see.

Repeat documents, drafted the right way

We embedded their SOPs and best practice into an AI skill that drafts their repeat documents the way their best people write them, in a fraction of the time.

The method

The Impact First Method

Highest-impact workflow first. Smallest proof first. Five steps.

  1. 01

    Target

No six-week discovery phase. We go straight to the workflows bleeding the most time and money. Not sure where to start? The free AI Opportunity Map names the top three within 48 hours.

  2. 02

    Map

We document how the work really gets done today, not how it’s supposed to. Where the hours go, what the data underneath looks like, what it costs you a year.

  3. 03

    Design

We work out the right fix. Sometimes AI, sometimes data, sometimes just a better process. If the honest answer isn’t AI, you’ll hear it from us first.

  4. 04

    ValidateProof of concept

We test it fast, with a working proof of concept your team tries on real work. You back what works before committing real money.

  5. 05

    Deploy

We build it properly, embed it in the tools you already use, and train your team to run it without us. The busywork stays gone.

How engagements work

You don’t buy an audit. You buy a working proof of concept.

Every client starts with the Impact First Sprint: your most painful workflow, taken through Target, Map, Design and Validate to a working proof of concept your team can try on real work. Fixed price, a few weeks, scoped on a call. If it proves out, we deploy it properly. If it doesn’t, you stop there. Priced per engagement, ex GST. No hourly billing.

A workflow that eats 10 hours a week costs you roughly $25,000 a year in wages. Most businesses are running three or four of them. That’s the size of target we go after first.
  • A fixed price for each step, agreed before it starts.
  • A working proof of concept before any big commitment.
  • Everything runs in your tools, on your accounts. You own what we build.
  • Your team trained to run it without us.

Who you get

An operator who builds every week

I’m not a strategist who hands you a deck and disappears. I build AI systems for Australian businesses every week — the automations, tools and workflows on this page are the work, not the pitch.

I’ve trained 3,000+ people to use AI, taught at QUT and the University of Amsterdam, and worked with teams at Porsche, Hugo Boss and Unilever, alongside Australian SMBs and corporates across property, construction, mining and professional services.

FAQ

Questions business owners usually ask us

How much does AI consulting cost?+

Workflow Redesign is priced per engagement, agreed up front. No hourly billing.

The first engagement is the Impact First Sprint: a fixed-price proof of concept on your most painful workflow, scoped on a short call. If it proves out, we scope the full build. If it doesn’t, you stop there.

After the build, many clients keep us on a monthly retainer to maintain, support and keep improving what we’ve built. That’s optional, and priced the same way: agreed up front.

All prices ex GST.

How does an engagement actually run?+

Five steps: Target, Map, Design, Validate, Deploy.

We go straight to the workflows bleeding the most time and money, document how the work really gets done today, and work out the right fix. Sometimes AI, sometimes data, sometimes just a better process.

Then we test it fast, so you back what works before committing real money. What proves out gets built properly, embedded, and handed to your team to run without us.

What kinds of things do you build?+

Repetitive jobs that AI can complete for you.

  • Tools that read and shortlist CVs, quotes or applications
  • Report and commentary drafters for month-end
  • Knowledge bases that answer the questions your team answers 100 times
  • Approval workflows that replace paper and email chains
  • Agents that watch an inbox, screen what arrives and file the analysis
  • Simple internal apps where nothing off-the-shelf fits

Some take a few days. Others become internal applications your team uses every day.

Do we need to buy new tools?+

Almost never.

We embed with what you already have: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, your existing AI licences and the systems your team lives in.

Overloading a team with new platforms is one of the fastest ways to kill adoption. If something genuinely needs a new tool, we’ll say so and explain why.

How do you decide what to build first?+

We start where your team audibly groans.

The best AI projects aren’t found in strategy workshops. They’re the repetitive computer work everyone complains about and the questions that get asked over and over.

Before we build anything, we estimate the hours it saves and what those hours are worth. If the ROI isn’t there, it doesn’t get built.

Who owns what you build?+

You do.

Everything runs in your tools, on your accounts, documented so your team owns it.

Nothing stops working if we stop working together.

How is this different from hiring a consultant or an agency?+

Traditional consulting sells you analysis: a discovery phase, a strategy deck and a roadmap, billed by the hour.

We skip to the part that saves you time. Every engagement ends with something working: an automation, a tool your team uses, a workflow that no longer needs a human.

Strategy still happens, but it happens around working software, not instead of it.

Is there a lock-in contract?+

No.

Everything runs engagement by engagement: you approve each stage before the next one starts, and the proof of concept comes before any big commitment.

We’d rather earn the next engagement than rely on a contract.

What if we don’t know where to start?+

That’s what the free AI Opportunity Map is for.

Tell us how your business works. Within 48 hours you get a one-page map naming the three places AI saves your team the most hours, and roughly what each is worth.

It’s yours either way, whether or not we ever work together.
